I am a thirty-something year old doctor and mother of two young daughters, living in a seaside town on the South coast of England. I learnt to knit as a child, and picked it up again eight years ago (predictably) when pregnant with my eldest daughter. I finally learnt to crochet when bored and about a week overdue with my youngest daughter. I love textile arts, and have dabbled with spinning with a drop spindle and dyeing. One day I may buy a spinning wheel……

Hola, I just wanted to say I liked very much the blog, very inspiring
))
have a nice summer!
Hey there,
I found your blog via Ravelry.
I’d very much like to know in which town exactly at the South Coast.
My parents sent me to Eastbourne almost every year when I was a kid to learn English. I’ve been to Brighton and Hastings, too, of course.
Best wishes,
Ciaran
Really enjoyed visiting you blog. We be back again.
Thank you so much for the spanish translation of the Eva Shawl. I am teaching a spanish speaking woman to knit, and it’s very difficult to find a pattern for her. Since she is a true beginner I don’t know if this is simple enough for her, but I’m going to have her give it a try!
Thanks again!
I love your one row lace cowl, but when i try to download the pdf, I get a message that the file is damaged and cannot be repaired.
Is there a way I can still access the pattern?
Thanks…I saw it on Ravelry.
